~Must have more than 100 sniper kills and less than 500 sniper deaths
~Must be a white sniper NATONAL commando
~MUST BE A NATIONAL COMMANDO (LOOK ABOVE)
~MUST HAVE NEVER USED BATTLEFUNDS TO BUY WEAPONS!
