[Fastest Fix] Make items duration game-time. (READ Goodman)

It's a good idea, which I've seen mentioned before and personally I wouldn't mind having a go at this
When it comes down to it though, the pricing of items as things are now should be based on the assumption that you're not actually playing 24 hours, even if the item says 1 day. It's more of an indicatiomn how long the item will be available for.

Yes, VP prices might be too high on certain things. It won't be up to me to change that. Time will tell and demonstrate what happens with pricing.

It's about time we saw a post like this instead of this 'Are we going to change the price: We sincerely doubt it' garbage that was being thrown around earlier.


As far as recording game time, I have no idea or even know if that's possible for you guys. Maybe it ought to continue expiring while a hero is logged in, so people don't just play around in the tutorial indefinitely with it.

But you do have game-time available in the profile so I'm guessing there's some information from the servers being sent to you.

Unless that game-time is just how long the hero is logged in, which supports the plan even more.

This has already been opt'd when no permanent items existed, so it's a really old idea. But then again some bugs exist even longer
