They are testing anti Burning Bullet underwear in the PTE. THey are also making elixirs making soldiers useless because everyone's going to be healing themselves.

Soldiers are going to become useless.

With this I don't know what to think about it. I can see it being okay, but I can also see it as being totally outdating old bandages and combat medicine... It might be appropriate with the new tier 2 weapon releases though. This would explain why there is only one level 5 bandage now.
