Hello Heroes ,
every time im playing Battlefield : Heroes i have lag ... And my internet connection is 100 procent ..  Can you guys help me? Gr, -Andries

Try pinging play.battlefield-heroes.com and see what delay you have. If it is over like 200 or so or you get packet loss try a tracert to find where the delay is comming from.
It might however just be your computer, be it system specs or another program that is using (too) many resources. Could you give us your system specs and cpu / mem usage when not playing? You can get the cpu and memory usage from the task manager (right-click your taskbar and select taskmanager). Cpu -and memory usage should be at the bottom status bar. |

Alright, im not a computer freak ...
But do you mean this ? Processen : 92 , CPU-gebruik : 3 -> 7 procent en Fysiek geheugen : 41 procent.

It seems to me the problem might be your graphics card. According to the readme file turbocache cards are not supported. Maybe you could install fraps (http://www.fraps.com/download.php) and see how many fps (frames per second) you get while playing. If it is below 20 or so that could explain your "lagging". If not then we should have a look at your connection.
