2009/10/07 Password protected servers

Hello Heroes

We are aware many of you are finding password protected servers while searching for a game using the Play Now button, these server should not appear when searching for a game using the Play Now button.

We aware of this issue and we are looking into it, until then we can only recommend that if you are asked for a password to a server that you cancel your search and try again or try to join friends and bookmarked servers that you know are not password protected.

It may also benefit you if you bookmark as many non password protected servers as you can while we look into this issue.
