Can't download battlefield heroes plug in

When i click on the play now button, the page with the instructions for installing the plugin comes up but the downloading thing doesn't come up and there isn't a tab asking to download or anything. I am also using firefox if that is helpful, Thanks

delete temps, cache cookies.
try with disabled firewall and anti virus software
in vista and 7 make sure you use the browser as admin

If it still doesn't work, make sure you have an up-to-date flash player and java environment. If you use a scriptblocker, allow http://www.battlefieldheroes.com

Please notice that you need to run Firefox or IE, and you need to run it on windows.

After this is cleared up:

In Vista and 7:
Right click the browser icon, chose: Run as Administrator and retry.

If you still have issue, check your ActiveX security options

In IE, Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab, Custom Level. Scroll a bit down to the signed / unsigned activex controlls.
This one should be signed.

In Firefox, tools > options > security tab > warn me when sites try to install AddOns <- This should be checked

Currently, Battlefield Heroes does not support Apple's Operating System. There is no plan as of now that it will be ported to Apple's OS so Mac users can play. Only option now is to use either a Windows PC or run Windows on your Mac Your Answer can also be found in the Section of the site stating that it only supports Windows XP and Vista

It downloaded perfectly and the window for the game comes like if its going to start but the title never comes it just stays black and then a window comes up and says theres an error what should i do

If this does not work then please post your dxdiag.txt log.

Hey i have a computer that has windows 7. Is windows 7 compatable with battlefield heros bacause everytime i try to download it it says EROR 3501 can not download temppatch what do?

It's compatible

make sure you run your browser as admin when you try again: close all browser windows, right click on browser icon > run as administrator
