1. i use credit cards about 15 times a month since 1994 (i buy and sell on the internet), never had a problem but even if the credit card companies protect you 100%, in averige i have 1 claim a year for several reasons , feel like cheated on a deal , or merchant refuse to take mack merchandide or service, ect , between $5-$342 each - every time i got my money back

2. yeah and ? who cares

3. again who cares, there is no punishment for it and so i WILL do anything to save a $, even if in theory its not legal... what they gona do seriusly ?! good luck if they want to investigate me for something like this, the investigation would cost the goverment $1000's and the punishment would be a joke

in my book anything that has no consequences or the consequences are less severe then the result of not folowing a law a "free for all"

so again i do this forewer and i will continue doing this, no mater if 1% of the population find this moraly wrong

once the goverments stop wasting our money, or worse ripping us off, maybe i will find it moraly wrong too, untill then i find it an archevement if anyone gets around not paying any type of goverment fee or tax

to sum it up i will still recomend for anyone to pretend they are in the US or canada, because :
#1 you do not hurt EA, you just save your self a few cents / transaction not to have to pay that anoying sales tax (VAT)
#2 because EA is ripping us off with not folowing proper currency conversions, its just fair to pay in the currency what ever is the best for us, if they take the liberty to charge us conversion rated they just randomly come up with
