Arcus bow Buff and reasons.

The Arcus Root is, ahem, underpowered. It fires an arrow with the drop and speeds stats of, basically, an RPG.

I suggest these changes to the bow:

1. 50% faster ROF. (The crossbows fire at SRSMG speed, so why can't the bow be faster?)
2. Un-scoped MR pistol fire. (Say, why can't the bow be fired when in motion??)
3. 2 arrows per shot with packing I. (Who says you can't string two arrows on one string?)
