I did my own search, and found this

Unfortunately that thread is completely dead, so here is a suggestion to deal with the same problem.

We have all seen it. Some new poster on the forums, trying to be clever, or add their input in the suggestions section. But 95% of the time, it ends up like this:

"Hey guys this is my first suggestion i thnk this game shud have a zombie mode it would be relly cool. it was good in cod, so why nt add it here???? plz sign! "

I hate these. They are the bane of my existence. So how to solve this issue?
These are a few of my better ideas (and any you guys come up with later on)

For all offences, the offender will recieve a warning, then increasingly longer bans for later offenses. These rules would work best in the Suggestions section, where most of these offences occur.

• Anyone posting a thread that is in the over-suggested topics list, or in the first few pages of the Suggestions section without any differences (or even MORE vague than most suggestions) will recieve the above punishment.
• Everyone posting a new thread is required to enter a search word, and if another thread comes up from that word, and there isn't a good reason why they posted again (such as really old thread, or different ideas concerning the same topic), the listed punishment will occur.
• From the old thread: a checkbox that states "I have searched for similar topics, and understand the consequences of posting" and ban hammer for those without suitable reason.
