[startup?] Again error 15

Few hours ago I've bought 1400 BF ,logged on my account ,pressed Play Now!. Ok the game has loaded so I bought few items like +50 % xp ,taunt and some cloths. I was so happy about my new items and wanted to try them. So I've pressed Play Now! again. The game found the server and screen has changed to loading. After 3 sec I was disconnected by "You has been disconnected (15)". I've tried to restart my pc ,reinstall BFH ,update PB but nothing worked. It looks like I have wasted my money on non working game which WAS working yesterday... My question is:

1) What should I do to play? (Already reinstalled ,cleaned ,updated)

2) Will my items be extended? (Again I've payed for non working thing)

It's sad because BF2 with PB works perfectly - no kick ,no problems with connecting...

1. It may just be some server troubles, try again in an hour or so, and if you are still having the issue please report back

I can't play the game either I have the same problem as t3rron "you were disconnected (15)" pops up or sometimes I can't even start the match making. Everything worked well when i last played.

Same. Been the same since 4PM yesterday, 21 hours ago... I've only slept 7 of that, and basically I've tried 2-3 times every hour on the hour since then (apart from when I was sleeping)... still no dice.

same error here, details:
- i'm being disconnected from the server after the first try, then after clicking "playnow' error 15
- i can play tutorial
- i can play my other heroes (soldier & gunner) without any problems (i'm getting errors only with my 19 level commando)
- never had this error before, i haven't changed anything in my hardware/software

EDIT: worked i dunno why...

SECOND EDIT: worked:
- in game menu press 'change hero' button
- choose other hero to login
- press 'change hero' again
- choose the hero you want to play, login
- press 'play now'
(still error? repeat these steps few times)

Same problem here. The very first time I log in with a toon, the game tries to join a server, then kicks me back to the main screen followed by the message: "Error: you were disconnected (15)".

Any further attempts to play results in the failed match-making message. Once I change toons, the first error happens again.

Any updates on what might be wrong here?

how is it possible that sometimes after i played and closed BFH i cant start normally a match O_O. how stabile (sorry for the spelling, im from the netherlands ) is this game !?
