I too now have the same issue. I've been able to play pretty consistent for the last several days; until this morning that is. I've been trying to get into a game with any one of my characters and I get the same: either the Error 15, or the match making "times out," or it'll attempt to connect (get the normal full-black screen), then disconnect me.

Probably the reason I'm disappointed the most is that my XP boost is going to run out before this even gets fixed. Very unfortunate; more so is the apparent lack of a "higher authority" offering up a solution. -Mike

If ANYBODY has a solution please let us know!

the first time i played this game i had this problem and i fixed it. If its your first time playing this game and you have this error go into game and go to options settings and then go to match making and click infantry. That worked for me. But i do have this problem again and i tried it and it didnt work so. Thats all for me hope it works

Same error 15.
I got into a game 1 time on my main char, wont let me play on other chars.
When i get error 15 i log out and back in a few times. Still no good.
While i was playing I did notice damage taken to tanks very high, sometimes 90% damage off 1 hit from other tank

I am unable to connect to servers as well and getting the "You were disconnected (15)" message. soon after matchmaking finds a server. Then matchmaking doesn't work properly until I restart the game client.

None of these "Fixes" are working would it be that hard for the Dev's to do there job and find fixes for it and not so good maybe fix it?

Having the same problem here.

What annoys me is the low calibre of communication regarding the issue. The devs post on tweet, facebook and this site but the info provided is seriously lacking - 'there's an issue, please be patient', what does that mean? Is there still an issue? What are the symptoms? Are there any workarounds? When do you expect to have it fixed?

today i only get error 15 trying to join the book marked servers wich are australia only
press "play now" and i join random us server to be kicked only 2 mins later all the time

I have the same problem also, last week when I was playing it was running smoothly, now this week haven't gone so well. The other day it kept saying Kicked by Punkbuster (22). And now everytime I click Play Now, it goes to the load up screen than goes back and says You were disconnected (15).

Hmm ok... I read this topic and got kinda disappointed >.< Hoped there was a fix for this.

I read the complete troubleshooting topic and done everything in it. To answer the questions:

EDIT:
Some extra details on what happening. I click "Play now!" get into the character selection fine, can select my character fine. Then I click "Play now!" again it it starts searching a server, appearantly I get in one but all I see is black and then I get back in the server search screen and it says "You are disconnected (15)". If I then click "Play now!" again it will simply give an connection error

Going back to character selection doesn't help to fix this

Somehow I managed to get in a game just a second ago... I kept connecting and going back to char page... took me around 7-10 tries but at least I got in :|
