is omega beamer/eraser ray more effective than super cheeser???

i'm a royal newbie and i have a supercheeser; I always seem to lose in a showdown with an
eraser ray; even using frenzy fire; some one told me the omega beamer is the royal
version of the eraser ray;
any thoughts on which is more deadly???

Almost than I know laser weapons + mid range + good aiming no way you can win.
So you have two options.
1 Get leg it level 5 and get at short range so you will have a chance to beat it.
2 Buy a laser weapon too.
