Hello there, when i click "play now!" it goes to the usual uploading screen and then it says retrieving version information, the bar finishes and goes to the uploading screen and then just closes. I've tried disabling the add on in firefox to no avail. Some help please?

If you have Vista or XP then you may need to download Microsoft .net Framework 3.5SP1
link--> http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en Restart your computer and try again. If this does not work then it could be a couple of other things. - Refresh rate is set to low. <-- (Set it at 60Hz or higher) - Unsupported Graphics card. <-- (Your graphics card needs Pixel Shader 2.0 or higher to play) - Old graphics or audio drivers. <-- (Update your drivers) - Interfering background processes. <-- (Close all unnecessary background programs) If you need more help, please post your Dxdiag.txt log Instructions--> http://www.battlefieldheroes.com/forum/s...?tid=68843 Good Luck S |

Code: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 457032Bit drivers--> http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/wi...sta32.aspx -OR- 64Bit drivers--> http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/wi...sta64.aspx Not sure if you have 32Bit or 64Bit? Look for a folder called SysWOW64 Located here--> C:\Windows\SysWOW64 If you find this folder you should use the 64Bit drivers If you can not find this folder use the 32Bit drivers S |

Looks like the new graphics drivers installed correctly.

Any help?I need more details about this ^ What program gave you this error, and what is the complete message? Microsoft .net Framework? Graphics drivers? Did BFHeroes give you this error? <-- If Heroes gave the error, look below. S "An error occurred: Failed to write registry value: Installation Dir" If you are running Vista or 7, you need to install the game with a web browser that has administrative privileges. - Log out and close all of your current browser windows. - Open a new one by right clicking on your browsers icon, and then choose Run As-> Administrator. - Come back here, log in and press Play now |
