Someone recovered acount without date of birth?

Enough. I'm trying to contact EA by email like 3 week but still no response from them. I was that lucky and get to the live chat. I meet Aparna and told her that my account was stolen. She asked me for original email and date of birth. I have email but don't remember date of birth cuz it was faked( I'll be 16 in december...). She said that she can't continue without date of birth. I said that I have screenshot proofs that my account was stolen. She said again that without date of birth she can do nothing. So? There'e really no chances of recovering account? Or she's just weird cuz she asked me for Battlefield Heroes serial key...

Date of birth is important for recovering lost accounts, so, it shouldn't be faked...

Date of birth is the criteria in account retreival, because it's not a public data. You can only recover it with that piece of information.

Must be ways ofc. to pass by the "date of birth" but it would have been much easier though if you'd had written it somewhere.

No. Screenshots, videos, literally anything can be faked, thus they don't accept anything as proof but the birthdate. They are told not to accept anything else, actually.

Yes, I were using it while it got hacked. When I tried to launch game it was showing some error...

True, but still. I've only played for a month now after a one year break, and already gotten atleast 3-5 of these "free bfs for account info" scam offers. Would be weird that he falls for it now.
