Replace mark target ability for my new ability

anyways
since mandos have only 80 hp i think they need something to heal them without paying for it
replace mark target for combat bandage (icon could be a hand with a bandage with the + of health around it.

level 1-restores 3hp per second/duration 3 seconds
level 2-restores 4hp per second/duration 4 seconds
level 3-restores 5hp per second/duration 5 seconds
level 4-restores 6hp per second/duration 5 seconds
level 5-restores 7hp per second/duration 5seconds

just a small idea of the levels and upgrades on the ability

Level 3 already restores a mandos full health so I guess thats kinda OP.

Why would you remove the only efficient way for mandos to be removed from stealth and replace it with a healing ability? Do you want to completely destroy the game or something?
