You can't delete any heroes. Not Possible and i don't think EAsy will make it possible to delete a hero

If you have not played with one of them so far and you created the 2nd one on accident (or maybe site lag or game crash or something similar) then you can contact billing support and ask for help. It is not very likely but that may help. There is no other way to get rid of a hero.
