help me please!!!!! the treasure chest pop up on my screen and i hear the noise but when i go to my stuff and the chest page their not there ?????? please help me

What about the content? Does it change with every new Chest, or is it the same?. I mean, when you get a Chest, is it fix, which item in contains? Or does depends on the key you use?

Hey, thanks for the guide and all - but there is one question i have...
Can you get weapons aswell as clothing in the chests and can some items be time limited?

I already got PKM and M16 unlimited. So yes, you can get weapons and yes, you can get it time '"un"limited.

You are not always guaranteed an unlimited item. You have an opportunity to gain one and the item you gain will always be equal to or greater than the value of the key you purchase but that doesn't necessarily mean it will be unlimited.

I'm afraid since I haven't ran into this issue, I can't really help with it however if you can provide some details I'm sure a blue might pick on it and figure out the issue.

For example: Which browser are you using? Is it up to date? Are you sure the icon appeared? Did you leave during the round or after the round? (I'm still uncertain whether this affects the gain of chests but from what I have heard from players, they have dropped out during a round and still got their chests)...were there any connection issues during the time you got a chest? and so on...these details are crucial as they can help in finding out if the issue is on the game's side or your side and of course pin point the area where the issue can be resolved.

As far as I am aware, they work just like the Supply Drops in the hot deals section. What this means is that there are a selection of items up for grabs along with widgets and time limited versions of those items...this is why it's a great idea to find the main "what did you get in..." topics since this is where the community will post what they got and compile a list of what you can get.

Indeed, each item can be gained for unlimited and time limited. There could be weapons or clothing or even both inside but that all depends on how the team want to distribute the items. They mostly use the Claw for weapons but since the treasure chests are fairly new, well who knows what they have planned for both the claw and the chests.

But yes, all items featured can be gained for unlimited and time limited...once you have gained an unlimited version, you should not gain a time limited version of that item

Sure, this I already know. But....Sorry for my bad english, I try it to explain my question a bit more.

The supply drops or the claw works like a gambling machine. This is easy. You push the button "Buy" or "OK" and there is a xx.xx % of a chance, to get an item for unlimited. For example a M16. So this is understandable.

But with the Treasure Chests, you included an item, you first have to find, than you have to get a key, and at least there is the opening of the chest.
Perhaps I only think a bit complicated.

When I hit an enemy and get the treasure chest. Is there already an item in it, which is not changeable?
For example, when I get 2 Chests, and in the first is a M16 unlimited and in the second one a T-Rex Mode for 1 day. I open the Chest 2 with my key and get the T-Rex Mode? Is that right? Or is the Chest empty, till I open it with the key and the generator creates me an item? What about the Chance to win good stuff. Is it like the claw or the supply drops?

Where do new chests come? Instead of red circled ones or those blue circled? Or do I have to open old ones to receive new?

You can hold up to ten at a time. You can still earn them in game however. When you open a chest, a spot becomes free and any chests you will earn from that point forward can fill those spots.

I think I may know what he's actually asking. Even if I'm wrong as to his question, I'm curious as to the answers. Is there a "timestamp" on the chests whereby the chests you already had contain the old crap and the chests you've gotten recently contain the new crap? Also, if that is true, are the new chests added to the beginning of the queue pushing the older chests to the end, or, are the new chests tacked on to the end of the line?

I'm thinking it doesn't work like that and doesn't matter either way. But if by some slim chance it does work like that, that information would be worth knowing.

I believe in this, since I bought many chests for skeleton parts and they were mainly in these first ones.
However, a tag with time when was Chest received would be nice, since i believe thy will continue with adding sets/items on Chests only...
