First of all those are not folder, so if you are looking for folder you have to search for a very long time

Have you tried to show hidden files and folders ?
If not, try it by doing this :

Open my computer
On top of screen click on tools and select folder options
Then you get this screen :

Under files and folders, click on where it says show hidden files, folders or drives.
Make sure you have a blue dot on that
Click apply and then ok
Now you are showing hidden files on your computer
Try and search for those 2 punkbuster files now ?

Then those files are installed so they are on you computer for sure.

I'm sure I'm in the right map, because I have 64 bit...

Well, this wasn't good to do...
At the beginning I had screenfreezes, then I had PB and "There is a problem with your connection"-things, and after doing the last step, I got back to screenfreezes... -_-"

EDIT: I removed PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe from the anti-virus exceptions. Let's see what this does...

Freezing screen doesn't have anything to do with punkbuster.
Try to install new graphic card drivers !

Try to go to Bfh game folder.
Usually C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield Heroes
There you should see a folder named pb (It's punkbuster folder)
Delete the whole pb folder
Then retry instructions below :

PS: Very important that you restart your computer after choosing uninstall.

First of all i have to tell that punkbuster does not currently support windows 8, so if you are using windows 8 the punkbuster won't work at all yet.
When windows 8 is out of beta and officially released the punkbuster will support it !

Requirements for this tutorial : Windows Xp, Windows Vista, or Windows 7

You have to exclude the 2 files PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe in your antivirus, because sometimes when either the game is updated or punkbuster is updated the antivirus might deny these 2 files to run and you will get a punkbuster (22) error popup in the game.
Below you can see where you find these 2 files on your harddrive.

If your windows is 32 bit you find the files here :

C:\Windows\System32\PnkBstrA.exe
C:\Windows\System32\PnkBstrB.exe

If your windows is 64 bit you find the files here :

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\PnkBstrA.exe
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\PnkBstrB.exe

Add these 2 files in the exclusion list to get rid of the Punkbuster (22) error.

Here are several examples on how to add these 2 files to the exclusion list of some Antivirus programs.
If your antivirus is not listed, then tell me and i will try to add it.




Norton Antivirus :
--------
Open Norton AntiVirus by right-clicking the program's icon in the system tray at the lower-right corner of your screen and clicking "Open Norton."
Click "Settings" to the right of "Computer."
Click "Configure" under "Exclusions."
Exclude a file or folder from the full-computer scan by clicking "Add" under "Scan Exclusions," browsing to a file or folder, clicking it and clicking "OK."
Add the 2 files above (Either 32 bit files if you are using 32 bit windows or the 64 bit files).
Exclude a file or folder from the automatic scan by clicking "Add" under "Auto-Protect Exclusions," browsing to a file or folder, clicking it and clicking "OK."
Add the 2 files above (Either 32 bit files if you are using 32 bit windows or the 64 bit files).
Click "Apply" and "OK."
RESTART COMPUTER

Launch Microsoft Security Essentials, and switch to "Settings" tab.
Select exclude options in the left panel.
Go to "Excluded files & locations" You can add normal files and folders here to let Microsoft Security Essentials ignore them.
Add the 2 files PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe files (Either 32 bit or 64 bit files).
Click on "Save changes button".
Now, you have successfully set the exclusions in Microsoft Security Essentials.

Open the main application window in the right upper corner of the main application window, click the Settings button
In the left part of the Settings window, go to the Additional Settings tab
In the left part of the Settings window, select Threats and Exclusions
In the right part of the Settings window, click the Settings button in the Exclusions section
In the Trusted zone window, go to the tab Exclusion rules
Click the Add button
In the Exclusion rule window, specify the rule’s properties:
Object
Threats type
Click the Select object... link under Rule description
In the Object name window, click the Browse button and select the file for which you are creating the rule. Select the necessary folder with the file or type the full path to the file
Check the option Include subfolders if the rule is created for more than one file
Add PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe files (Either 32bit or 64bit files)
In the Object name window, click OK
In the Exclusion rule window, click the OK button
In the Trusted Zone window, you can find the description of the created rule. Click the OK button
In the right lower corner of the Settings window, click the OK button
Close the main application window.

Double-click the BitDefender Icon in the the System Tray or select BitDefender from the "Programs" folder in the "Start" menu to open BitDefender.
Click the "Settings" button in the upper-right corner of the main BitDefender window. Click the arrow next to the "User Interface Settings" category and select "Expert." Click the "OK" button to

save changes.
Click on the "Antivirus" tab on the left side of the main screen to bring up controls for managing the anti-virus scanner. Select the "Exclusions" tab at the top of the screen.
Check the "Enable Exclusions" box to enable exceptions.
Click on the "+" button at the top of the exception list to start the Exclusion wizard. Use the appropriate section below to except either a certain file extension or a file or folder.
Select the "Exclude by File/Folder Path" radio button and click the "Next" button.
Click the "Browse" button to open a file browser. Browse to the location of the file or folder that you would like to except from scanning and click the "Add" button to add this exception to

the list. Repeat this step to add as many files or folders as you would like.
Add the PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe files (Either 32bit or 64 bit files)
Right-click on the "Scan Type" column of the exception path you would like to change and select "On-Demand," "On-Access" or both to decide whether you want the path to be ignored during

user-requested scans, automatic scans, or both. After you have modified all of your exception paths, click the "Next" button.
Check the "Select this..." check box on the screen to instruct the program to scan the paths you've just excepted to ensure that they are clean. Click the "Finish" button and close the

Right click avast! icon in system tray and select Open avast! user interface command.
In the appeared window click SETTINGS button, then select Exclusions item and click the browse button. File or folder selection dialog will appear.
You need to select PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe files (Either 32bit files or 64bit files) which will be added to exceptions and press OK

McAfee Antivirus

Open the McAfee Anti-Virus program, and select the "VirusScan" console.
Right-click on the "On-Access Scan" menu option, and left-click on the "Properties" tab.
Select the "All Processes -> Detection->Exclusions" menu option, and choose the "Add" menu button.
Navigate to the file folder or the files you want to designate an exclusion path for, and select the check box to "Also Exclude Subfolders."
Select the PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe files (Either 32bit or 64 bit files)
Click "OK" when complete, and exit McAfee for the path exclusion to be complete.

AVG ANTIVIRUS
------------
Open the Avg Antivirus user interface
Click Tools->Advance Settings...
Click Resident Shield->Exceptions...
Then Add the PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe files (Either 32bit or 64 bit files) to be excluded from scans...

Above are just some examples on how to fix the Punkbuster (22) error.
If you have any other antivirus than described above, the try and do something similar like above.
All antivirus program have some sort of exlusions, you just have to find out where and then add the 2 PnkBstr files.
