[Website/Forum] Not being able to earn funds from the website

Error+Picture.JPG (Size: 70.04 KB / Downloads: 51) For the past week I have not been able to earn funds from the website, I pasted a picture of the problem, if someone could help me I would be very happy.

Sorry I do not know much about the Sponsor pay stuff.
Have you tried using a different web browser yet?

Thanks for the edit, and I have tried a different web browser, Firefox, Google chrome, Internet explorer, nightly. The bug is only on this account for some reason, on all of my others it works and I have like 3 accounts total. I have shut down my computer, reinstalled adobe, made sure my anti virus is not blocking anything. The only solution I can come up with was a dev being able to figure it out.

Unfortunately, Live Chat does not support this game, so the answers given do not a surprise to me.
I still have a hunch that this may still be a Sponsor Pay issue, so I suggest that you make 1 more attempt with them about this error.

Meanwhile I will add the appropriate tags, and move it to the Bugs section to see if the Blues there know what to do about this.

I think it might not be a sponsor pay issue mostly because on other websites, such as swagbucks, I have been able to do sponsor pay offers with the same email.
