Solution worked here as well.

First login with your EA-Account!!
Than click Play Now
Than choose English
scroll down both licence agreements and click each time accept after scrolling

Hi everyone.
I had same, problem, tried to scroll but with no result. Finally I noticed I wasn't logged in (top dialog box of BFH page).
Now I downloaded it without any problem !

THE FIX TO THIS IS:
1. On the top of your page, log in. If you are already logged in, log out and log back in.
2. Click play now. When the agreement pops up, click English. Scroll down ALL THE WAY! on both of the agreements before clicking accept.
3 Voila. It works! If this did not work for you, you did not log in correctly.

Right clicking my Firefox shortcut and clicking 'Run as administrator' worked for me.

I'm getting the same problem. When I click on the PLAY NOW button, it clears my log in information on the top of the screen. None of the tricks suggested are working.

Well I have tried and tried and still no download for me. I am logged in with my EA account, I have logged out and then back in, I have scrolled down and up and down again on the EULAs, I have tried IE and Firefox and no luck on either. Update servers full? Seems odd to me. Guess I will try later from a different PC.

I've read through about 5 posts with the same suggestions. Tried with and without logging in and all the scrolling and clicking on English. None of it works. I'd love to be able to install the game, but it doesn't seem to want me to.

In normal games you need to scroll down the user agreement, first tries I didn't and just did accept x2 and when installing I got this stupid error.

However clicking first on English and then scroll both agreements from top to bottom, accept and it worked. Dunno if this was the cause but at least it installs now Smile

this worked for me too, thx man Smile

For Windows XP Professional (version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600); IE8 (version 8.0.6001.18702) I had this issue after uninstalling BFH to load the new patch (without uninstalling I was getting a 'failed to download file info' - after uninstalling I got 'could not find build'). To fix this I just cleared the browsing history via. menu item 'Tools -> Internaet Options' then click the 'Delete' in 'Browsing History' section - window pops up and checked all items then click 'Delete'. After this the install completed successfully. (Note: I was logged in to BFH and the XP account I was using was an 'Administrator' account). Hope this helps.

Hi all I have been trying for several days now to get the game re-installed.
I run windows 7 all drivers are up to date for all hardware and yes I know it is a beta
I was playing BF before the patch no problem then after teh down time with the new patch I tried to upgrade and it would not let me. So I uninstalled BF and tried to re-install. Now all I get is the dreaded "Could not find Build" message.
I ran a reset of ie8 and still same issue
I del the browser addon and still same issue *
I then del all history / cookies / temp files and same issue *
I tried running as admin still no joy
I tried the scrolling on the license agrement - still no joy
I then checked for any reg files for the game - none found
I ran a reg clean - still no joy
I removed all security and connected my computer direct to an adsl modem - Still same issue **
Finaly I reinstalled windows 7 - still no joy

I have done everything above and still the game does not install. The error to me says it is still looking for the game on my PC and can not find it.
Please help me

* Yes I know ie8 and ie7 reset del all them and the addons too
** I have a wired connection to a router normaly
