!Laggin on every server!

I'm not sure why really but i'v bean lagging for a some days maybe a week now and it's pissing me off.
I use the /ping on the server and gets a respond with "Good ping". I do have a very good new network and my computer is pretty good.
I'm guessing its something wrong with game content or something. Pretty sure im not the only one who lags a lot these days but it seems like the lagging have become more common and constant in each game. I also get disconnected from the servers... ALOT.

1 more thing. I hate the commando limits on the servers. It's kinda sad and racist for those who like playing as a commando. So In conclusion if I don't get disconnected I get kicked out from the servers instead for playing as a commando. Help? please?
Any suggestions?. I have improved my computers performers even more and I still lag.

Hmm the command /ping "good" isn't very exact .___. but laggs have various reasons, not only your network!!

Kann passieren, dass sich dein computer selbst von der taktrate etc. runterstellt wenn er zu warm wird (besonders bei laptops). Dann drosselt er die Leistung und schaltet lüfter ein! Vllt wird deiner sehr schnell sehr warm?
Das passiert mir öfters im sommer wenns halt mal ca. 30° in meinem zimmer hat. Da kannste auf noch so ne gute i.netverbindung haben, aber wie gesagt es gibt sooooOOooOo viele möglcihkeiten! vllt auch einfach game bug für dich
