[Hero Profile] How to update...?

NOTE: I'm fairly positive this has been asked before; please don't school me on that...

How does one update character image on their Hero Profile? If you visit my profile, you'll see that my characters still bear the default base, 2D image in the center, but it does show the equipped items on the sides, as it is supposed to. I know that I am not the only one to have this problem.

I have read somewhere that the image needs to be generated on a graphics setting of higher than 800x600 pixels; this is something I have tried, but I have not seen any real result.

Also, does the profile image have anything to do with the mugshot generated in the game files?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated; if I am in the wrong section, I do apologize.

I read you need to play to let the image refresh... If you haven't played with a hero yet it still has the 2D image....

I'm mostly concerned with my main character. Take a look at the character linked to in my signature (Brian4t7).

The image itself has refreshed several hundred times, more than likely, since they started updating hero profiles to bear 3D images.
