Make a white BFH logo for me?

Can someone please make a logo for me of the BFH logo (the target). Link is here. I would like it so that the first doughnut (the green one) and the red circle in the middle become white, and the white dougnut to be nothing. Not black, but nothing. I want to make some cool shortcuts for myself. A few examples of logos that do this are attached.

EDIT: If you can make the splatters on the green doughnut "become" nothing like the white doughnut, it would be appreciated.

Hi. Those are dock icons from deviantart user brsev and the style is called token.
