vehicles are great the plans are great but it would make them if each plane had a limited amount of bombs that you can drop or even drop so many then you have to wait that long for all the bombs to recharge say i droped a maximum of 38 bombs then wait 38 seconds for them to recharge.

This is a really popular suggestion. It is overwhelmed on forum. However this is not needed, as such modifications would require widespread reaction (which is passive). Use search for similar threads next time
