Problem with my characters

Hi,
I created 2 heroes 5 months ago. The problem is that I cannot use them. It shows that they're mandos but I created Soldier and Gunner. What is more, they haven't any weapons and clothes.

Could you help me?

EA support is not available. It says I should contact with Battlefield Heroes community.
I see EA doesn't care about the players...
