Hi I purchased the 3 xp boosts for myself and my son's account on friday evening 04.05.2012.

We were going to play together on saturday, however due to the game servers being down all Saturday morning and most of the afternoon on 05.05.2012. We were unable to utilize our purchase.

Saturday morning/afterneoon was to be our prime time of playing and we paid for the boost for 24 hours and obviously did NOT recieve what we paid for!

I have written 3 complaints about this issue to billing support and have still not recieved an answer. The lack of support in this matter is highly unacceptabel and I would appreciate if an EA staff member would look into this matter as soon as possible.

Where is the item history screen? If u got the screen post it, btw for me u are only try a get free funds form EA but EA is not stupid Wink.

Well, do not mean to scam the support, but yes it is pretty inactive. You should be hoping to run into "green" of the moderator crew, they might have an insight on this issue. Some are operating on the forum ATM. Good luck

Solution

It would be best to start with EA live chat.
Login here then click to the right of the screen on "contact us".
Then, when selecting your game, choose Battlefield 3 (as Heroes has no Live Chat option) then platform as PC and subject Billing support.

Explain your situation to these guys. You will actually see results.
