Well , As i tried to buy 4400funds today i typed in the correct phone number and checked if i had enough money and when it halfly prosscesed it said ''Your payment has failed. There is no fee will be charged.''

Happened to 2-3 time,but in my case the money was deducted,the community regulars and moderators would tell you to visit this page http://www.battlefieldheroes.com/en/help or something and report your problem,i tried it one year ago and till now no response from EA
