Well, with a quick smile, wouldn't that be "under staffed"? EA is a huge community, BFH having a LARGE community, from several countries, why should concerns be dismissed at all? I understand it would take a few hundreds of employees to address these concerns, but, isn't that what communities are for? We ask for very simple solutions to our problems, a email or pm isn't like we're asking for the recipient to give birth.
I work for a trucking company, I myself receive 200+ phone calls in a single shift, along with accomplishing other tasks, many which require me FAR from a desk.
It is not hard to read your email and decipher dates, they happen to go in order, Jan-December, answer your complaints accordingly.

But to further what I was saying, Seb actually heard the players, realized what was wrong with this game, and seemingly tried to make it better

I agree though, our concerns shouldn't be dismissed.The thing is we don't have a sort of communication line between the forums and the DEVS unless they check the forums theirselves.
We do have Vital that's true but he stands in for all playforfree titles so it doesn't suprise me he doesn't get to answer everyone their PM's, his job does not soley exist out of answering PM's he has other work to do aswell.
But whereas there's no real sort of service who stands in for users to vent their concerns, everyone's contacting Vital.
It might help if we would have a "communication team" or whatever you would like to call it consisting out of a few blues who you can send these PM's to and get an answer in return, they could be the communication line between the community and the DEVS, but something like that costs money.
In the past we had shade and the other blues which the community could stalk, and since they're gone those spots seem to be empty, I know we've these new blues but I haven't actually seen that much of them on the forums yet, no offence to them as I don't actually know what their function is so..

Well I've and I can tell you this team is by far the one who cares the most about the community its opinion.
Fair enough they can't statisfy everyone but at least they managed to statisfy the majority.
Besides could you give me an example which clearly shows they do not care about the community...?
