Claw error

I tried to log in just a minute ago and i had an error and i had to try later so i did i came through and i used my claw but while my claw was about to grab something my screen froze and said that the connection was lost so I logged off and logged in again and i lost my claw without getting something.

Are there more people with this problem

You should start using dots, and separating your sentences before asking for help.
Claw works fine for me.
