Can someone please help me, I can't play and I tried a day ago when I press "PLAY NOW!" I see offline.
I deleted the game and press the button and he show me offline again and I don't know what to do even I restarted the computer few times, I still can't play and my friends can PLEASE HELP!!! |

you mean you automatically log out when you press PLAY NOW ? Clear cache and save your password "for all pages"

No when I log in and I press "PLAY NOW!" he shows me offline and I deleted all the files from the folders and even before I did that there was no cache in it only texts

I had something that sounds similar.
Press play and after a few seconds, disappeared as if I hadn't pressed play. Particularly after re-install Someone in a forum mentioned it might be a graphic issue so I reduced the res on my desktop, got me into one the heroes, then amended all the stuff like resolution, video quality, audio, in options and I could then play. ![[Image: painv.png]](http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/4725/painv.png) |

Yes but, I cannot get into the game and how do you exactly suggest me to change the resolution graphics while I can't enter the game, lukathedestroyer says to try to play the game if I joining someone of my friends in the game but if you say resolution so that's 2 different things.

What web browser are you using to launch the game?
Have you tried a different one yet? Chrome, Firefox, and 32Bit Internet Explorer are all supported. S |
