battlefield heroes doesnt work anymore

i was playing BDH[/i](battlefieldheroes) and always said :'there is a problem with your internet. but my brother next to me didnt had it. So i deleted whole the game from my laptop and now i want to install it again but if i click on 'play now' it cheks for ubdate and then there comes 2 notes wich you have to accept if you want to play the game. so i did accept them both and then there comes a sign :'[i]an error occured: Failed to write registry value: Installation Dir'. And then it closes again. What do i have to do ??? please help me because i want to play BFH again

If you are running Vista or 7, you need to install the game with a browser that has administrative privileges.
- Log out and close all web browser windows.
- Open a new one by right clicking on your browsers icon, and choosing Run As-> Administrator.

This is how to Run your browser as Administrator:
If you use windows vista/seven please close your browser and next right click on your browser icon and choose > RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR...
