More frequent admin abuse cases

*sigh* Well, same procedure as everytime:

I was banned for the fourth time, because I was too good. Just to make sure that everyone takes care encountering these admins (as always, I include no admin names to secure their rights). The kick and then the ban is recorded and reported... I wish I had reported every case of admin abuse I encountered!

It's sad that abusive admin behaviour is becoming more frequent these days. I've read alot of players posting similar experiences and I just want to post at least the server names so that the abuse is at least recognized...
I know that I've got to be careful about that, but admins have rules to follow to!!! Perhaps something like an EA server police should be introduced (if realizeable). Suggestions anybody?

Please describe your own experiences if you like and please post no comments like: "Admins own the servers, they can do whatever they want!" That is definitely not true!

They do actually have the right to ban you, and while they do follow rules no one will look twice at them banning someone from the server.......
I suggest to just find another server and forget ban-spammers like that........

Admins don't have the right to ban a player without any reason, that's a misbelief in the BFH community. Banning people for invented reasons is an offense to the terms of agreement. Admins can be reported for inadequate behaviour on their servers!

Sometime, there will be no server left to join if that trend continues and if nobody reports! That's why I made this thread...

I can guarantee you will always have servers to join, even if you get banned from player servers - EA hosts servers of their own which are for the most part - not monitored. People are allowed to ban others from their servers, there is nothing against it - if they're paying to rent that server, they can do what they'd like with it - even turn it offline from anyone except themselves and use it to record movies or whatever.

You are being a bit crude, play elsewhere, stop complaining - there are hundreds of servers.

Reporting admins is actually possible if u have proof for admin abuse!

And... I like being crude when it's about topics that are about the core of BFH.
The more servers you have, the harder it gets to control them and that's a problem because most admins do not care about a fair game anymore... I understand cases when you want to have a clanwar on a server for example. This would be a good reason to kick all players, but having just the reason that one player is better than the admin is ridiculous and an abuse... especially when the admin offends you verbally in chat before banning you (that didn't happen on Battlefield Bashers, just so there are no misunderstandings)!

I know that I can change servers, dude, but thanks for the advice.
I'm just not closing my eyes anymore to ignore a problem which seems to aggravate in BFH!

May I suggest trying out Zlotnik's Roof Russia?
From what I have seen, we have only banned one person for harassing other players, including team-mates.
All our Admins make sure we only ban people who truly deserve it.

But to be on topic, Most Admins I have seen are just pissed off 12 year olds who thinks that they are the best and whoever is better is hacking.
I am sure that there are admins who are fair and understanding.
I guess you need to find the right server is all.

You are not banned from Battlefield Bashers, you was just kicked.. Check it and see but I run that server and EA has curseing censors and I add to that to keep cursing to a minimum. Then players come in my server and think its ok for them to break all the rules and then say fk you admin.. we do have rights to ban which I myself only kick unless I know a player is hacking definately. There are more than 1 admin in alot of servers and just because one of the admins might be a jerk, doesnt make the server a bad server, just means that admin needs to be replaced or taken away his admin and put back to a normal player. But I have seen many players come in my server and bash the heck out of it and I have sent EA complaints about it and they can side with whom is right but as a admin of Battlefield Bashers, That server is there for my grandkids to have a good clean server to play in and if rules can not be followed then that player dont need to be there. I am probably one of the most fair admins you would find in any server and I have run a fair share of them since this game was beta and I try hard for the server to be played in a fair mannor and levels are within reason of all levels of the players there or they get a kick saying to come back with a lower level player to return. So do not say that all admins abuse players, its usually the players that abuse the servers that causes the admins to do what they think is right for the server. Thats only speaking for myself as a admin, I can not judge other admins on their servers because I dont even play the game....

Well, thanks for the reaction to my problem, but yesterday I really was banned and not kicked! I'm very polite and really didn't misbehave or curse or anything, I was kicked because I was too good, just so you know.

Thx for the reply, perhaps talk to your colleague admins about that issue, because it's good that you keep your servers hackfree, but take care who they ban in the future.

Admin abuse is very common and tolerated mostly (especially in clan servers)

Problem of a particular admin in my server has been taken care of. He is no longer admin or mod so hopefully my server reputation will resume back to normal and be one of the better servers for players to play in. All I ask is for respect from the players as well, I have seen many come in there and think they own the thing and just be so disrespectful that it hurts not only themself but the players in the server which I am sure many server admins have same issues but I can only speak for myself here. I am a very easy going admin and people who know me will tell you that I am one of the best they have seen and I am very fair when I am in the server as admin to players but I do not like disrespect or player abuse anymore than players wanting any admin abuse. I hope that issue is resolved now in my server... Thanks for the posts and appology for the mishap with your player BOONJONES but you are welcome in there and you are not on the ban list... Also, my server is not a clan server and I do not promote clan use of it...
