i ment water spout, Its a move that is based on the hp of the pokemon, and when i said quad i ment that onix is quad weak to water.

Water spout from a kyogore in the rain with STAB is equal 337 base power.

A.) Choice specs didn't exist back then...

B.) Kyogre can only be obtained through pokemon Ruby, Emerald, and Sapphire.

C.) I have not named a poke after chu yet.
