Zlotnik, I STRONGLY suggest using a Teamspeak 3 server for voicechat. It's simple, easy to use, different channels if the guild is playing different games etc. I'm pretty sure I've had you around in the MFCPU teamspeak before. I would try that out instead of skype, or steam... especially not xfire. Oh God no.
Btw, will be making a post here in a few minutes
