Buying Funds - Error NU2001 |

Hey guys,
so since yesterday I'm trying to buy Funds, but I'm getting refused. I get the error NU2001 saying "Při zpracování vašeho požadavku došlo k chybě. Pokud jste objednávku zrušili na platebním portálu třetí strany, je tato chyba očekávaná. Kód: NU2001" which could be translated something like "While handling your payment an error occured. If you canceled the payment on the portal of third side, this error is expected. Code: NU2001" I tried contacting EA, but they reffered me to the forums. They sent this in an email: Hello Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support. Please allow me to inform that a case has been created so that this matter can be investigated thoroughly. Please make a note of the Case number <xxxxxxx> and refer the same hereafter. To access and re-open your case, please login to help.ea.com. I have listed the steps for you: 1) Click on "Talk to a Game Advisor” 2) If you are not logged in, log in 3) When prompted with 'Are you contacting us about an existing case?' click "Yes" 4) In the "Select a Case" dropdown, select the pre-existing ticket But when I did this, it told me to go here. I had no trouble buying Funds before, I even bough some for my friend yesterday (so it seems like it's problem with this account, not my card or bank account). Yeah I googled a little bit and it seems like a lot of people have this problem and that EA is doing nothing ...

I had same problem then i turn off my antivirus add BFH in Firewall and use GoogleCrome and it worked for me

I have the same problem. Even I posted on the forum regarding this, but no useful reply yet. Seems like EA doesn't want our money! ^^

same problerm here too !!
Code: NU2001 after the new clint update of game ...check with ma bank n card .. evrytthing is fine Its the BFh side that"s having that problerm lets hope they take some measures ! |

i have this problem too, i tryed to puchase the paysafecard again and then they said there isnt any money anymore on this card. -.-

I have the same error... moreover they took the money from my credit card already... I sent an help request and I'm waiting for a solution
