Hey what if the oceanbreaker was a grenade, it CAN break surface tension of water. Hence, the splash and ripple of dropping a toy into your tub of bathwater.

yes but then it would be a water surface tension breaker not an ocean breaker as an ocean breaker should be able to break an ocean.
i found out what it would do if it was waterproof it wouldn't explode you'd only have a crack on the weakest spot in the casing |
