Holiday Rewards

I think I'm posting this in the right spot... I hope so anyway.

Today when I did my holiday reward for Royals, the page showed up but it didn't show me what I got! (See attachment)

Also, maybe someone could explain another thing to me while I am here. On This Page, it says on the original post that:

Day 1 was "M16-203 Battle Rifle and the AK74-30 Battle Rifle"
Day 2 is (supposed to be) "Free Trial Santa Outfits (Without Hats)"

And on day 1 I didn't get the battle rifle. Is this just for certain people?

On the first day the new weapons were released. you dont get it, but you msut buy it in store for 1200 Unlimited or 140 1 day

Why the f*ck, seriously why the f*ck we don't get a 1 day free trial of the new weapons so people can test it before buying it and being sad after it because you don't like it! I wanna buy it to, but i wanna play it myself first to test!

thats where spnsorpay comes in action with a little effort and alot of patience, you can get the weapon without spending any money!!!

Yeah, this is by design, but we might need to change it.

You were shown what you got in the screen before (the Santa set for 1 day). Reason we don't display an image on the confirmation page is that you are receiving multiple items, so which one do we show you?

Let's mark this as "as designed" for now

#1 We didn't get the Battle Rifle for free. What they mean is they put it in the store so we can buy it.

#2 Today's rewards were Santa outfits (without hats) for 1 day. On that picture you have in attachment it doesn't show what was your prize cause on the page before, on the right there were pictures of Santa outfit pieces.
If you would've went to the hero you redeemed the prize for, in the game client you would've seen these outfits.

I'm pretty sure it did show, you just didn't pay attention. Maybe you were too excited to see what you got

The flow should have been like this:

1. You got a gift. You click the button to claim it.
2. Your are displayed a list of heroes and pick one that should receive the gift, to the right of the list is the item/items you will be getting. You claim your reward.
3. We display a confirmation page telling you to either launch the game or to claim another reward.

If this didn't happen to you, it is definitely a bug and will be reported

Yeah but how would I have known to look for them if in my reward thing it didn't show me what it was! Coulda been anything.

Nope, it didn't, because I specifically looked to see if it would tell me what I'm getting (as I always do), and it did not for me. Guess I'm special

Oh and also the Deal of the Day isn't on the Hot Deals Page for some reason.

I had a hard time trying to figure out how to buy it without that

Okay. Yes he is mad. Aaaand what did you just accomplish with that statement? Nothing. Also he is being logical unlike you. Trial code for the dragon but none for this weapon? Not even the Katana. 1 day trial should be a standard now to be honest but... then they cant sucker people into buying crap.

See that's the problem, as soon as EAsy gives some st00f for 1 day free, it won't ever stop especially with you people nagging for it like if you don't get it, it's the end of your life. The Halloween drops started it off and now they're giving it for every festive event. Don't expect too much for free, they make you pay for farting nowadays.
