To uninstall Add-on in Chrome--> Copy paste the following into your address bar.
chrome://extensions/

Log out and close your web browser.
Open a new one and try launching the game again.

Click on Tools->Add ons

Find the updater and click on Remove

Log out and close your web browser.
Open a new one and try launching the game again.

To uninstall Add-on in Internet Explorer
Click on Tools then Manage Add-ons

Find Battlefield Heroes Updater and right click on it then choose More Information

Click Start-> Control Panel
Click on Uninstall a Program



Find Battlefield Heroes and click to highlight
Click Uninstall

Click Start-> Control Panel
Click on Add or Remove Programs
