A Forum ban will remove the 'Beta' tags.

A EA wide ban will kill that entire EA account. However, you keep the tags on the Forums.

They cannot post on the Forums. Once the account is banned, they cannot log into any EA services like this game, Origin, etc.

As for the name being changed to 'Unknown.'
That used to happen, not sure if it still does now. (I'm using a recent example whos name rhyms with 'HoneyLube' and an old example whos name rhyms with 'PortKey')
