hm I'm German, I am able to speak English and I had Spanish in school for one year, but stopped it
I know some insults in other languages though
I would suggest you to learn Spanish first, and then using your Spanish skills to learn italian and portuguese, because they are quite similar

3) French and German are do-able.
4) Ancient Greek. Mythology is fun, but the language is not so good.
5) Latin, probably the most awesome language I know. Comes with Roman history and mythology.

I don't have fun with so called 'dead languages' because you can't really use them to communicate with persons, like ordering a drink or chatting on the net, etc. Though the Greek and Roman history is very interesting (though I prefer the Nordic history ) and you might understand their history even more if you understand their language.

I don't know if Ancient Greek shares the same alphabet as Modern Greek, but I could read the Greek alphabet (not sure if I still can). Same with the Cyrillic alphabet. Did you know the Cyrillic alphabet comes from the Greek alphabet?

So you are doing 'VWO' since you are able to use Latin and Acient Greek, right?
