2011/11/03 - Has your website username changed?

Hello Heroes!

After a recent web update some of you may have noticed that your username has changed to that of one of your heroes. This hasn't happened to everyone, only some, and unfortunately we are not able to fix this with a update or bug fix. The names need to be changed manually.

If you have experienced this issues please contact Customer Support HERE!

Select "Billing Support" from the list and then "I have another Billing Issue" and let them know about your issue/

Please note that only accounts effected by this bug will be renamed and not just anyone who sends a request
