2011/10/31 Issues with abilities

Hello Heroes,

We are aware there are issues with the abilities at the moment. The team are investigating and looking into getting this fixed as soon as possible.

We ask you to not refund or change your abilities until we have fixed this issue. (Or you can follow the workaround below if you so wish, but not that doing so may cause some abilities to be unusable for the time being.)

Temporary Workaround
After investigating this issue there appears to be a workaround which you can use to continue to use your abilities in game.

After upgrading an ability to level 5 the icon will disappear from the game client but these abilities can still be used. To do that simply equip the ability to your equipment bar BEFORE upgrading the ability to level 5.

After upgrading the ability to level 5 the icon will vanish but it will show up when you join a game and can be used as normal.
