So, Ive been back playing for a few weeks now and last night I ran into my first blatantly off the hook cheat since Ive been back. Sniping me in stealth from across the map, the old favorite.

Is it even worth reporting and recording / posting a video?

The general consensus here seems to be that nothing at all is being done even with solid video evidence. Just let me know its a waste of my time and bandwidth.

This thread is outdated really, Moe is no longer doing the hacker thing so it's gone back to the way it was. Hackers can just create a new account if they get banned. Which takes less time to do then it does for you to record and report them. So I don't bother and instead choose to find another server.

But just leaving and finding another server isn't a solution. From what i've found, the game is literally like an old building which was never built right from the start. It's got creaky floor boards and water dripping from the ceiling. All EAsy cares about is slapping a new coat of paint on to cover up the rotten wood and the stains on the carpet.

They're not fixing anything.

Definitely not worth recording, the plan for cheaters has failed once again. This game is going down the shitter fast. There is a new macro script out as well as the endless aimbots. As mentioned above it takes a few minutes to make new account vs possibly hours to record, upload, and report evidence. EAsy doesn't hold anyone accountable for their actions so they hack with no remorse or fear of punishment.

As terrifying as that seems its not as bad as requiring every user to sign up with the game using Facebook. Thats not good. Not good at all when everyone is forced into something they dont want to be subject to.


The only problem they made is making punkbuster at a universal scale for every game instead of making it more compliant to the game itself. In other words punkbuster should not be an independent company serving a multitude of games.


Origin should be the sole-proprietor of its own system.

True, Moe has left, and as Drew says the report method is back to how it use to be.
