recorded and reported a cheater today funny part is that 3 out of his characters have hack or hax in their names. People are ridiculously impudent.

Well, it looks like nothing is going on with our new blue and cheaters...

100% solid evidence on a player reported on the 15th this month, and he's still playing. Not surprised, just disappointed. I have the video on youtube, and set to private. I can see that they've viewed it a few times initially...then nothing.

The last hacker to get banned from my reports took not only rock solid video evidence, but me having to send a follow-up PM to VitalBullet, ShadeShooter, Thatto, Hate, and AmazinDave (back in November for a video 3 weeks prior).

I got replys from most of them back saying that reporting was worthwhile, and VB was very familiar with the video. He claimed that most of the community team had seen the video numerous times as well. He indicated that they sent off the account for banning some time ago.....then said it seems that it slipped through the cracks.

So is the the whole cheat reporting process one big crack? I think so. Why should I waste my time collecting video evidence, encoding it, uploading, and reporting it? Why should I waste my time trying to make this game a better place for everyone to play when the people that get paid to do it....do not?

PM me for the private link I reported on the 15th. It's so retardedly blatent, and you can see for yourself the kind of evidence they ignore

This is strike number 2 for the report process. If there's a 3rd, I will stop recording and reporting cheats. EAsy is making it clear that it's not worth my time.

I do not think it was propaganda, the plan was made with good intentions but unfortunately failed to take into account the practically of such a plan.

I bet moelajn was bombarded with videos / PM's and simply could not cope. Inevitably he had to disable PM's.

Right now the plan is in tatters and even though I never did support the plan the rest of the community deserves better.

If a BLUE is reading this, please provide an update.

Hi Folks,

Yes, Moe recently left us as he was only with us for a short time. However sending reports via the good old fashioned report method as mentioned in the OP of this thread and it will still get to us.

PMing Moe was simply an alternative option

I guess "the plan for cheaters", was a miserable failure.

So where do we stand now? Is EAsy still taking on the responsibility "in house" for cheaters? Hate told me that serveral staff members had been added to deal with this. With Moe gone, are the rest of them gone too?

Are we back to just submitting reports through the report "feature"?

EA doesn't care about hackers,they will just let them in the game if they pay enough.
I see hackers that I reported months with good evidence that are still in the game.
So don't waste your time on reports,the ea crew surely wont waste time by banning hackers !!!

I volunteer myself to do Moelajn's job. I recorded and reported dozens of guys so I know the drill, I guess.

I would be happy to contribute to this job myself.
I can spare at least 3-4 hours a day maybe more in the weekends to review videos !!
