problem when running Heroes

Whenever I try to start BF Heroes by using the website I encounter the following problem:
That's dutch just for the record. But it's a regular windows screen which you get when a program isn't reacting anymore.

My system is all good except for my videocard which is the nearly ancient Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 4000. But since the faq said even every integrated video card could run BF then I'm sorta surprised that mine wouldn't. Or is it like a software problem?

If someone could help me out I'd be very grateful.
