Most people experiencing these issues have their country set incorrectly on their EA Profile.

You need to make sure that the country your payment method is registered to is the same as the country your EA Account is registered to.

For Example If you Live in Cyprus, make sure that the country on your EA Profile is also set to Cyprus and not Greece... just as an example.
