Photoshop + Sony Vegas, but it needs some workaround though.
Or wait. I think I don't get it. You want your videos to be played in a comic frame, OR you want some special comic effect or something? Anyways, if the above don't work, then Adobe Aftereffects will. |

Well, you could do this the n00b way, and find some presets for it, or do it the pr0 way, and create the frames and dialogue bubbles with photoshop. Then paste everything over in vegas, it needs a lot of workaround indeed, but if u can handle vegas it shouldn't be a problem. |
