[TOURNAMENT] Roof Russian Rumble [CANCELLED]]

Hello comrades. Zlotnik the Roof Russian reporting.

Allow me to present to you my latest tournament. Roof Russian Rumble (or RRR) is a class-based dueling tournament held on my server. Contestants of each class will participate in 1 vs 1 fights and move up the brackets until a winner is decided.

RULES:

-Fights will be held in 3 categories (one for each class), Commando, Gunner, and Soldier. You may apply with 1 Hero for each category. The Heroes you pick, will be the ones used for the entire tournament, so chose wisely.
-No widgets allowed. This contest is for real men!
-You may bring 2 weapons with you and an explosive. The choices you make stay with you for the entire tournament
-All abilities are allowed
-Matches will be organized into brackets at random, then played at Roof Russia
-Fights will be held in pre-determined arenas. Each fight will consist of 3 rounds. The winner of 2/3 rounds wins the Fight and moves up in the bracket
-Each fight will be attended, judged and overseen by a Roof Russia admin
-Cheating of any kind will result in an immediate ban from the tournament as well as future RR events. Don't test me, comrade.
-The fights will be filmed for a Roof Russia promotion video. Look your best, comrades!

The bracket order will be arranged on Thursday the next day. The fights will begin on Friday

1st place: VIP on Roof Russia, A drawing request of your choice, BRAGGING RIGHTS, A personalized victory server message displayed each time you enter Roof Russia

2nd place: VIP on Roof Russia, Portrait of your hero (bust)

3rd place: VIP on Roof Russia


MATCHUPS Round 1

IMPORTANT INFO: Due to a shortage of Royals, I have come up with a NEUTRAL matchmaking system for Nat vs Nat fighting. Those not matched with a Royal will be marked under the NEUTRAL tag. This tag means that, if a National does not show up for a fight, you fill his place. If a place filler isnt needed, you and another NEUTRAL tagged contestant must get heroes of the same class and different faction (provided that one of you has such a hero, even if low lvl), and fight using only default weapons, with no abilities. This ensures a fair fight regardless of level and weapons.


Furthermore, those who do not show up for their fight on the scheduled day, will be eliminated.

MATCHUPS Round 2
All of the contestants must arrive between 12-1 PM (PST) on Saturday June 25th. If the server is full, simply try again in 5 minutes. The contestants will clear out as the fights progress.

EDIT: OK, I'd like to start by saying MY BAD. I totally forgot that round 2 was today. Have a lot going on at the moment. The only thing left to do is reschedule for tomorrow. The tourney will start tomorrow (Sunday) at 8 PM PST. My sincerest apologies to everyone who came today. I feel rather embarrassed.

UPDATE: Due to all the stuff that has been going on (BFH down, date confusion, no shows), I decided to cancel the tournament. Not to worry, though. If you made it to round 2, you get VIP on Roof Russia. Perhaps next time I'll make a better organized tournament. Thank you to everyone who participated.
