[Other] Report hacker; Get free VP! // 200+ signs

Since the new "Reward" function got implemented, I've been thinking of a reward system when you report hackers etc etc.

I myself find it very hard spending some time reporting a hacker, knowing the ban won't appear instantly nor will I get any rewards. This suggestion will hopefully change this.

My idea is when you report a hacker, and he gets banned from your help, you achieve a reward, for example 100VP which can be claimed in the "Rewards" thingy.

I would probably actually send in those clips if I knew I could get something from it, and I guess alot of others would too = making it even more risky to hack.

Or give every player a banhammer. JOKE
