Did you ever get in a stiuation like this?
You are on the high ridge in coastal clash, you and most of your team are taking fire from the enemy at the windmill. Grenades, kegs, bullets and all sorts of things get shot and thrown your way. You come up with the idea of flanking the enemy with two or three players from the right, across the bridge straight to the flagg so you can squeeze the enemy from two sides. But how do you quickly share your idea with your teammates? I tried waving to my unknowing teammates but they only picked it up as a friendly greet. "I need a ride" seemed a bit silly as there was no jeep around. Going all by myself will leave me ridden with bulletholes and with a bit of luck i would have been a minor distraction to the enemy leaving my team an opportunity but then again that opportunity is not likely to be used to the fullest. Therefor i introduce the quick and easy "follow me" emote so people know who to stick to, or who could use a soldier or a gunner to cover him in his fights. A lot of players mis guidance in the game, especially beginners don't know where to go or where they could be used best, a more experienced player could then guide them or show them where they can be usefull. Like this, other simple emotes like, "get in the vehicle" or "move in" could also be used to quickly spread messages without having to lose time typing it out as the emote will, like some others, place a short message in the chatbar like "follow me" or "this way, soldiers". Some might say voice chat is already the solution but not every server has this luxury and then again not every player in the server has free acces to it. Price should be somewhere the same as the 'enemy spotted' emote, to make it practical. But it can also be a free emote like the wave and "i need a medic" because it is a rather essential way to communicate. I have tried drawing out my idea but i'm not that great with paint or a pencil. I leave it to those who support the idea. I think the hero should make a motion like these soldiers do when they perform the emote. The emote should be roughly the same for both royals and nationals like the enemy spotted, wave and yes/no emotes. ![]() ![]() I would like to hear your thoughts on this idea. (Sorry for the wall of text, i just wanted to make sure i pointed out the use of this. I already appologize for any spelling or grammar mistakes made in this post.) Time to turn this unorganized mush into a fighting muscle with the "follow me" emote Do you hate camping tanks as much as i do? |

That topic is already dead for two years... by now the community has changed, perhaps more willing to support perhaps not.
